Psychotherapy and Counselling
Many people have experienced the positive impact that counselling and psychotherapy can have on your lives, their wellbeing, their capacity to be themselves more fully.
I strongly believe you should feel comfortable with the therapist you choose, and hopeful about the therapy. When you feel this way, therapy is more likely to be very helpful to you.
My theoretical approach is based on my core training of Psychosynthesis. This is a Transpersonal therapy which understands that you have a personality with a developmental history. The world views and belief system that have developed out of your history may cause you pain and life difficulties (ie: recurring patterns of self-destructive behaviour). You also have inherent qualities and potential which are as yet lying dormant in you. Psychosynthesis can help you to connect to the person you sense you can be.
